My sister and I went by your restaurant last night. I was shocked at how childish your employees acted.When came to drive thru, the girl said can you please hold a moment, so we did for several mins, nothing my sister said hello into speaker, the girl came on and took our order. As I drove up to the window there was another girl there and she walked off and hello real loud, I thought I had miss heard her, but then she did it again and the girl at window was laughing, I just wanted to get my food and go, then the guy that making the burgers started yelling out hello, hello, and the girl at the window was dying laughing could barely speak.So I told her if you think that's so funny you can cancel my order. She immediately went to where the other girl was standing and told her and the guy in the back then I kept waiting for her to return to window I wanted to speak to manager or GM. I honked my horn to get her attention both girls walk in the back to be out of view.I'm sorry but this was very childish, and rude.It needs to be dealt with.I will never come back to this place and will tell everyone how rude and childish your employees were.We went to Jack's where I was treated nice, got good food, just as it should be.You really need to work on your people skill

I have never been to a place that cares less about their service and product in my life, either my food is cold or my meal is messed up. It's definitely not worth the price.Vegetarian options: Their impossible burger taste like a real burger, it's amazing.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly menu, but not place.

I don't know if they need hands or if they are goofing off. Either way I avoid this place at all cost bc it takes 10-20 mins in between orders for ex. They finish taking orders one car two pulls up and they ask you to hold 10-20 mins later they get back to you. I have seen other ppl filling the orders and the person at the window help so awesome at that but I also have seen them go around the corner talk to their coworkers deliver the food to the window but making sure to not keep the line moving.

Mr. Crow and Mr. Estes we're attentive, thorough and efficient. Great experience all around!Kid-friendliness: They have little crowns for the kids if they want but they have this really cool mini table and chairs designed for kids( and/or small adults)!

the employees are very polite and do their jobs very well! the food is always hot and fresh and if someone is not happy with their order, the staff goes above and beyond to fix it. it’s a great, clean place to eat, with friendly service and hot, fresh food. the drive thru is also fast and convenient for a meal on the go.Vegetarian options: the vegetarian options taste exactly like the real thing, for example, the impossible whopper, you would never know it’s plant based! great option for anyone wishing to have a burger, but wanting to stay on the plant based side of the menu.Parking: there is plenty of parking, at the front of the building, and on both sides of the building. there’s also handicapped parking in the front of the building.Kid-friendliness: the staff is nice and they give out bk crowns and toys to kids!Wheelchair accessibility: there is plenty of room and multiple doors for easy access
