I don't know if they need hands or if they are goofing off. Either way I avoid this place at all cost bc it takes 10-20 mins in between orders for ex. They finish taking orders one car two pulls up and they ask you to hold 10-20 mins later they get back to you. I have seen other ppl filling the orders and the person at the window help so awesome at that but I also have seen them go around the corner talk to their coworkers deliver the food to the window but making sure to not...read full review
Mr. Crow and Mr. Estes we're attentive, thorough and efficient. Great experience all around!Kid-friendliness: They have little crowns for the kids if they want but they have this really cool mini table and chairs designed for kids( and/or small adults)!

I have never been to a place that cares less about their service and product in my life, either my food is cold or my meal is messed up.
