“My family stopped here on our way to Atlanta and I had to leave a review because the service was so good! The girl who took our order was so patient. The girl who brought the food out was so kind! There were some things incorrect with our order and she immediately offered to fix it and didn’t make us feel like a hassle. She even came back out a third time to bring our dog a pup cup. If we had any cash on us, we would have tipped her. This was the best experience I’ve had at fast food restaurant in years!“
“Service is great. The staff worked all my sandwiches into the beat deal possible instead of treating each one separately when they have deals that matched what I ordered. That alone gets high marks. They look out for their customers! Enough said.“
“I don’t like leaving bad reviews so I left 5 stars. Only reason why I am doing this is because I would like for management to see this and the service workers. I am begging you, please work on your customer service. When I come in there I am usually having a good day until I go there. The attitude problems are putting me in a bad mood. Can you please just try being nicer please? Also, every time I get someone in a bad mood, my order is wrong. I am given things that I haven’t ordered or things are getting left out and it takes up soooo much time that I just call it a loss and go home. Please y’all, please improve. Everyone has pretty good customer service except for this Hardee’s often. Not all the time but 90% of the time.“

“I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but just had as to the level of service we experienced and quality of food in a truck stop restaurant. Miss Rita who took our order was just as nice as could be and efficient! Offered all condiments for to go orders and got me with an add on of cheese to dip my fries in. The pregnant manager was keeping the front running. Barking out special items and handing customers their food and kept updating the crew on the line. We were very happy with our visit during the lunch time rush and thanks for getting us back on the road quicker!“
“I don't know if they need hands or if they are goofing off. Either way I avoid this place at all cost bc it takes 10-20 mins in between orders for ex. They finish taking orders one car two pulls up and they ask you to hold 10-20 mins later they get back to you. I have seen other ppl filling the orders and the person at the window help so awesome at that but I also have seen them go around the corner talk to their coworkers deliver the food to the window but making sure to not keep the line moving.“
“I've been going here pretty much all my life, I always love the staff they're always helpful and sweet and it's always very clean and the sweet tea is so great every time I go!!!Parking: There's always Park in available when I go and there is a big huge empty parking lot right next to it for overflow.Kid-friendliness: They always have a lot of displays with the toys.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is pretty good. “They were out of soure cream and they didn't make the adjustments for the differece in the price- I ordered the 3 taco [Supremes] that comes with sour craame service was good and fast considering the crowd they had from a conference that was n town“
“Excellent food and service, as it has always been for years, best pizza in town in my opinion. I grew up here and no other place in town can even begin to keep up. The only thing I ask is please bring back the old arcade game machines if able. You will make money from them trust me, Love this place, highly recommended.“
