“Just ordered the $6 smash burger from the Sonic in Hamilton. The service was spot on could not have been longer than 5 minutes. The burger was so well put together and the meat was not too juicy but just right. All before 10:30 am. The only place where you can get breakfast or lunch anytime of day. Great job 👍🏿“

“I had put in an order for delivery and there happened to be no driver and DoorDash hadn’t picked it up so I had to in turn go and pick it which wasn’t a big deal but let me tell you miss sue was hands down the sweetest lady she just felt so bad our food wasn’t picked up and wanted to make it right and this and that but I just felt like she needed a moment of admiration thank you so much sue you are very appreciated the world needs more people like you 💜“

“Let me preface this by saying that I have worked fast food before, I know things run out. I know that things happen. That being said, I ordered the new Sponge Bob meal, excited about everything that comes with it. When they finally handed me my meal, I asked if the pie was down in the box. They informed me that they are out of pies and that they included 2 cookies as an apology. First off, 2 cookies does NOT equal a slice of pie. Second, if something is missing, you inform the customer DURING the process..not after they ask. If I hadn't asked and gotten home before discovering it I would have been even more upset. Third, after I did get home and bit into my whopper, the bread was stale and tasted like it had been left out for days.
UPDATE
While I won't take down my review, I will update it. Within 48 hours, the store manager reached out to me and offered to call me when the pie was back in stock and she offered to replace the meal with any meal of my choosing. While I still do not like the initial visit, the speed and professionalism of the response more than makes up for it. 5 stars!“
