It was really nice for once not having to wait on our food. It was very good!
The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My sister has digestive issues, and because the quality of the food was so immaculate and portioned properly, my sister at more in one sitting than she has in almost a month. My mom is having a difficult time getting her to a GI doctor, and was very grateful for the amount of food she was able to eat during our visit here. Because of the service, I personally think that the staff deserves a raise.

Based on reviews, Jack's Family Restaurant offers great food and great service. The staff is friendly and polite, treating customers like family. The dining room is spacious and very clean, with a fireplace. Specific meals include a huge, super crispy and tasty chicken sandwich, delightful seasoned fries, a wonderful and crispy chicken dinner, and a mean grill cheese. The food is always hot and fresh. However, the parking lot has large, deep holes that are bad for big vehicles, causing some customers to stop visiting. The restaurant is located in Alabama, with no locations in Arkansas or Florida, but is worth a road trip to Georgia.
