This Jack's has the best chicken and fries ever. Rudy is the best employee ever. Back to the chicken get that chicken and dip it BBQ sauce and it brings you right back to grandmas country dinner. The only thing that was not great was the bathrooms the floors could be cleaned.
Our food was cold when we ordered thru. We bought Two Jack Burgers with cheese they were just cold, but the bacon ranch chicken wrap both of them were cold and the ranch tasted tangy it was not good at all.

Every time I come through, they get my order wrong. It doesn’t matter if it’s breakfast, or lunch. Got a big bacon and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I order 2 biscuits and they give me one because the person taking the order can’t be bothered to listen. Jack’s seriously needs to get some new people in there bc it’s the same people, and they can’t get anything right.

I am normally not one to leave reviews. When it’s good, it’s goooood. But I find that I only get what I asked for about half the time and the quality of the food is not consistent. I know now that when I go there I HAVE to check and make sure I was given the correct items. I love jacks breakfast too. But half the time the biscuits are amazing and the other half they are like hockey pucks. I’ve also heard management through the drive through window being incredibly rude to their own employees. :( The staff has always been friendly to me. If I could leave some constructive feedback it would be to work on accuracy and consistency.
