It should not take 15 minutes to get an iced coffee. Employees were pleasant. But slow, and unorganized. Had the same experience here 3 years ago when traveling through. If I had remembered that. I'd have gone up the road to a different coffee place.
That girl at the first drive thru window with the glasses, dirty blonde hair and a big wart mole on her face is the rudest person I've ever come across in a drive thru before. If you hate your job lady then it's super simple, quit. Don't disrupt my positive attitude and good day with your unhappiness.
