“My first visit inside and quite some time. I usually go through the drive-through. If you haven’t been inside for a while be prepared to use their computer kiosk to place your order inside yourself. However the staff is very friendly and assisted me with that. Definitely a good Taco Bell branch to go to“

I went to order and she had the best personally, great attitude and made my day, not to mention the awsome sandwich she made me. “I just have to express how pleased I was with firehouse subs. First the service was so amazing. This was my first timing eating here. I was greeted with smiles and hello. Cassie was so amazing at helping choosing the best sandwich to my liking. It was definitely a hard decision. They also have amazing pickles. They also off special made sauces. The sandwich bread is better than subway. The fact Cassie went of the way to help me was so kind because I can take forever. The other employee's that worked the 29th I believe when I went deserve a great applause for being so kinda and working as a great team together. I can say I didnt see one person on their phone. “I was excited to go just because you could, actually, dine in and have a salad from the salad bar. The inside has been nicely redone. It was a little loud but the pizza was amazing. I was disappointed with the salad bar but we can't always win. There was no wait time to be seated and the food arrived pretty quick. It did seem a little expensive but what isn't these days? Take yourself to Pizza Hut and try it for yourself“

“The person at the drive thru was very friendly and patient. The food was ready very quickly and our order was spot on. We both ordered the Giant Fish Sandwich combos, and we were not disappointed with the sizes of the fillets.
This restaurant isn't right off the interstate ramp. You have to kind of drive around a long block, but it's so worth it!“

“As I entered the restaurant, there was one customer ordering. One employee was assisting the customer, and the other employee was wiping down and cleaning behind the counter. Both of the employees were very friendly and really seemed to be enjoying their job. The service was excellent. As I was deciding what to order another customer came in. I allowed her to go ahead of me. The employee was fixing her sandwich and asking me what I wanted on mine all at the same time. She was very proficient and had no problem remembering what I wanted on my sandwich as I told her while she was preparing the other sandwich. I ordered the ultimate BMT, and it was prepared wonderfully and tasted great. They were quick, friendly, efficient, and conscious of their work space being clean. These are traits that I often do not see even in what are considered to be nice restaurants. Job well done ?. They both deserve a raise in my book. The restaurant was clean, from the drink station throughout the entire dining area. I will definitely be back here!“

“First time customer tonight. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Not only the fact that our order was correct, ready in a timely fashion and delicious BUT the fact this store was immaculate. The floors -base board- counters- windows - work spaces everything I could see was spotless. As I waiting for the customer in front of me to finish his transaction I began to try and find something dirty. Even the staff was clean and tidy. It smelled fresh in there as well. Of course it smelled of pizza but not the stale smell I have experienced elsewhere. I asked how long they had been opened thinking maybe it was a new store but no they have been there 20+ years. Bravo papa John’s, this staff deserves praise.“

He gave us a coupon for 2 free meals and kids meal (to cover Brandon, E and myself) We (all four of us) went tonight to redeem and they covered our entire meal!!! “I'm not sure where these one star reviewers ate but it wasn't in Tupelo. Visited the store 6/5/25 around 5. Store was clean had four or five folks working. Tried the new toasted sub. Wonderful!!!! Definitely recommend. So much meat on the sandwich it kept falling out when I took a bite. Got my order within 3 minutes of ordering. Great value as well!!! Highly recommend.“
