“ordered yesterday am to p/u 2 baseball pizzas for my son's 10th day party. when I got there they made regular pizza for my order. my son really wanted the baseball pizza....the young man (I didn't remember his name) went back there and made him 2 baseball pizzas without any hesitation. shortly after that the manager Craig came up and apologize and was super nice. needless to say these 2 went above and beyond to make my son's bday (which started out rocky bc my husband was in a bad wreck earlier in the day) to be the best party ever. best customer service. we will always chose papa johns“

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. “SHOUT OUT! YES! Called an order in for pickup. Actually talked to a real *local human! It’s been a while to actually order without using an app. and having a personal experience with humans. The young lady was very polite and attentive. Order was placed with a pickup time in 20 minutes! Wow this Pizza Hut team has to be working together. Way to go! Drive up at pickup window. Young lady comes to window and politely greets us AND with a smile! We determined she had taken our order and was glad to personally thank her for kindness.
