“This was a "must go to" place recommended by locals. It was an interesting place to check out. The service staff was friendly and helpful - providing descriptions of the "gotta try" items. The burgers were very good. The customers at our shared table said to have the blueberry donut desert - fantastic - never had anything like it. They said the blueberry donuts come from Connie's Chicken on the other side of town. Well worth a visit.“

“There’s something humble and deeply rooted in the service, food, and character you get from this restaurant. We live in Tupelo, but we don’t frequent here nearly enough. We received tentative customer service and couldn’t have asked for a nicer outside waitress.We’ll definitely be coming back as soon as possible! For a hamburger steak plate and a ribeye steak sandwich with onion rings was $20 which isn’t that bad!“

“Woody's is a regular for us. We started with a couple martinis and bread served with the raspberry butter. The service is perfect for us. We're never in a hurry. Not the kind of place to have food in your face 5 minutes after sitting down. This trip I had the filet, maple salted Brussels sprouts and the Gouda Mac and cheese. My wife had the filet, a salad and baked potato. Excellent! Their filets are always perfectly cooked and as good as we've ever eaten. This trip was no exception.“

“I’m new in the area and someone recommended this restaurant and I’m SO GLAD that they did because I REALLY enjoyed the OUTSTANDING food, SUPERB customer service, MARVELOUS atmosphere and VERY convenient parking. I had the Sunday buffet. The fried chicken was absolutely SPECTACULAR, the mashed potatoes and gravy was SUCCULENT, the turnip greens and Mexican cornbread muffin was so TANTALIZING, the strawberry shortcake was DELICIOUS and I could just keep on drinking ENDLESS episodes of the DELICIOUS half tea/half lemonade ?. “Torrey and Jo are just wonderful and go above and beyond to make sure your order is right and explain why there is a delay there is one more waitress I encounter but don't have her name she was having a really bad day with one of her customers but went above and beyond to try and please them that day they are very knowledgeable of there menu I the staff works together as a great team would give them 20 stars if I could this is not a paid review“

“This is my 2nd time eating here! First time had the steak special and it’s wonderful.a year later finally got back in and idk if every weekend is same special but that was the special.but not what I was going for and just looking at google the menu was long and found what I wanted!but after getting in and early is better on weekends.but menu was short and sweet and was told the food I was looking for hasn’t been on menu in a while.it seem there top eating items was what you choose from!good choices for the love of pasta dishes!me personally pasta dishes are not my first choices but I wasn’t by myself and and pasta dishes are why we were there and they agreed all great.but imo the stars of the show are the appetizers fried cheese balls are large portions and are delicious if I’m guessing I would say 2.5lbs and cheap and it’s a meal!the meatball appetizer seemed to be 1lb of meatball with absolutely the best sauce with bread and cheap!I ask about other appetizers and there all big portions.not a lot of craft or local craft beer choices the atmosphere is quite cozy not very big guessing 20 tables.our waitress maddy was very intentive polite knowledgeable about the menu.doesn’t take long for appetizers or main course.great little place excellent food service but a shorter menu than was expecting imo I like!just had my stomach set on something that wasn’t available anymore but I think just enough to cover your Italian fix.need more craft beer. I will return.

Parking: Parking on main street might be little difficult on Friday and Saturday night but more parking on side streets but there is more restaurants around that share all street parking.“

“I love this little place. I forgot about it for years and saw my neighbor eating yummy food and asked and it was from OISHI! I went the very next day and got lunch and it was great. Fresh and enough food that I actually had lunch for the following day as well. Great for quick budget friendly meals.“

“This location food is always hot when I get it. When I've dined in with my family, the food had always been correct and very tasty. However, a few days ago I ordered take out and asked for extra pizza sauce and got home only to find out there was no extra pizza sauce on the pizza I ordered. My wife was disappointed and thought the pizza was a bit dry. I hope this doesn't happen again.“

Vegetarian options: They have plenty of vegetarian options parking is absolutely horrible they need a large parking lot just for themselves kid friendly yes wheelchair accessible yes but very tight squeeze

Parking: Parking is awful it's free but very limited

Kid-friendliness: We take my nephew and they haven't kicked us out yet haha

“This is the best location we have ever tried. I've been in several of them and this is hands down, the best. There's a young AA lady that always waits on us and greets us with a smile. We just love her to death. She's the very best! Food is great. Service is awesome! Highly recommend.“
