“We were camping at Pickwick Dam and went over to try R & B’s Barbecue. It was good food. The service was great. We’ll definitely go back.“

“Great place to go hangout. Locals and a lot of Memphis summer crowd. I've always had fun there. Smoking is allowed. Never eaten there but i believe they have bar food. Usually has a band or karaoke on weekends. Usually very busy. Usually very busy, small bar area, maybe 2 bartenders so when you get a drink you might want to get 2 of them. 1 pool table. Wouldn't advise parking in the back.“

“They have really good food and great pricing! We try to eat here at least a couple of days a week when we're in town for work. We bring our whole crew. Our only complaint is that we try to get there early because if they are busy, the service isn't the best. On a few different occasions, we have stood by the door waiting to get seated. While 3 or 4 workers walk right past us. On one occasion, one of our guys finished his drink before our meal came. The waitress took his cup and never brought it back. After about 10 minutes we asked about it she said she forgot and finally brought it to him. On other occasions, we and people seated around us have to wait extremely long periods before they come to take our drink orders or our orders. This place is cheap. It's a great place to go for good, cheap food. Just try to get there before or after the rush. Or prepare to wait for service.Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a kid friendly environment! We go with our crew, which are mainly twenty year old boys. We've also had some of our guys bring their wives and kids. We also see kids there every time we go.Parking: Huge parking lot! You're guaranteed to find a spot! Even when the restaurant is full, the parking lot isn't.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and it's wheelchair accessible.“

“The shrimp was good-very tasty. I asked for a very light Cajun seasoning and that is what I received. The salad was packed full in a small bowl such that lettuce fell out as I tried to cut it (a bigger bowl would be better). I didn’t care for the sesame seed dressing but I enjoyed the ranch dressing. The sweet potato was big. The hush puppies were flat (little flavor) and greasy. The clams were good. The mix-your-own cole slaw was different- I guess it is to allow you to add the amount of dressing you want. It was good. The baked potato was huge. I wasn’t a third of the way through my salad when my shrimp came out-I felt rushed. The view of the river was nice. There is a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. The menu is the same for lunch/dinner. We came here because it was very close to the Shiloh Military Park (which we were visiting). This ended up being an expensive lunch.Parking: Gravel lot with little puddles.“

“Good food and service. We've eaten there and gotten it to go. Quaint little place and all staff and owners were great! Smoked catfish excellent with a peppery coating! The okra was a wonderful addi“
