Expecting a well-done sirloin steak plate, I was surprised to find a sirloin steak sandwich in my order instead. Although not what I initially wanted, I was willing to give it a try and also got a cup of rice and mashed potatoes on the side. The sandwich, unfortunately, didn’t meet my well-done cooking preference. However, the sides were a highlight, especially the rice, which was exceptionally good. I ended up finishing the cooking of the steak at home, and it was delicious. The mix-up was a minor inconvenience, compensated slightly by the quality of the sides, although the portions could have been more generous."“
