Currently on a big trip back to Missouri and decided to find a Captain D's to eat at. Walking in, it looked clean and promising, decor was good. Because of a long time on the road I went straight to the bathroom and that's where things took a turn for the worst. The Bathroom was small, with only 1 urinal and 1 stall, and was pretty dirty. **UPDATE** So I went back. It's been about a week since my last visit amd tonight it was very good! The service was spot on. There was an extremely nice lady working the front and she was taking orders left and right dine in AND drive thru! She always had a smile on her face and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Was happy to get you a refill or anything else you needed. The food was hot and delicious!! Only 4 employees in the whole restaurant. The line in the drive through was long and the dining room was pretty packed. The employees were working as hard and as quickly as they could, but they were getting a good bit of abuse from customers. We were in the lobby and could even hear people in the drive through yelling and getting rude. These employees remained calm and polite through the whole thing. They should be commended.
