I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!

Hardee's in Alabama offers a quick and satisfying dining experience. Customers appreciate the fast and friendly service, with staff members like Brittany and ShacQuira providing attentive and pleasant support. Despite being a busy location, the restaurant generally has plenty of tables and manages quick service, with food arriving hot and reasonably priced. The soft drinks are enjoyed for their good taste, and the restaurant maintains a lively atmosphere even when crowded.
Food quality is generally good, with customers noting that their orders are accurate and served promptly. One reviewer mentioned the butter biscuit, which had butter on the outside—a bit messy compared to other locations where the butter is placed inside the biscuit. Coffee is also enjoyed, described as good and hot. However, some limitations include the lack of fried or scrambled eggs, as the eggs are served as egg sheets.
Customer service varies depending on the staff member, with some employees providing excellent service and others less attentive. Notably, when an order error occurred, the staff responded well, demonstrating that good handling of issues can make a big difference. Overall, Hardee's provides a reliable option for quick, tasty meals with friendly service when staff members are at their best.
