Customer service representative was aggravated and aggressive. My order was wrong but I did not want to remake so I decided to take these tomatoes off my sandwich and eat it as is due to the employees attitude. Usually this store is awesome is well as the food being on point but today not so much.
I don't know if it's the owner or if it's the company. But the machine was down bad service. The people on shift were actually mean and I've never experienced that.

I blame covid for the atmosphere. Other than that, it's a typical Wendy's. And like any Wendy's, it is very busy at lunch. Ladies and gentlemen with a 30 min lunch break.....maybe not the ideal lunch spot haha. Learned from experience.
