The lady that brought our food out was fantastic! She introduced herself, brought jelly for our biscuits, even tho we didn't ask for any. Her name is Betty. She had a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude! She made it easy to want to return!
You can't just order something at the counter, it has to be ordered at the kiosk. I will NOT go back into McDonald's. All I wanted was a cup of coffee! I will ANYWHERE else in Tupelo for a coffee next time.
Service is really bad and they are rude and will hang !!up the phone right on your face
