I had a really rough and long day. Stopped by to get something to eat on my way home. Tay was so sweet and made my night so much better just by being a shining light. It’s 11pm. She’s happy and smiling. I needed that uplifting tonight
The lady that worked today around 6 pm was the most rudeiest person I've ever seen work in public!! 7/28 /26 she was working the drive thru window! I usually carry my grandson by there every time we go to Tupelo all the way from woodland, Ms but you best bet I'll take him all way across town next time we go or start going to Wendy's 😡😡
Great staff. Great food. Of the 3 Taco Bell locations in Tupelo, I prefer this location!

Taco Bell offers fresh food with good vegetarian options like the bean and cheese burrito. The restaurant is often busy, which may indicate its popularity among customers. Despite occasional service issues, there is ample parking and good wheelchair accessibility. Breakfast is usually great, although some customers have reported disappointing food quality during other times of the day. A recent customer praised an employee, Monica, for her understanding and quick resolution of an order mix-up. However, visitors should be cautious of potential restroom issues, as some have reported people smoking marijuana on the premises. Overall, the staff seems committed to providing a positive experience, with some employees recognized for their efficiency and friendly service.
