You can not find better tasting catfish filets. Trust me on this, I am not a catfish eater, but Red Union knows how to cook some catfish. And it is cooked hot and fresh while you wait.
I’ve traveled around a bit across the country, and although I don’t eat fried catfish everywhere I go, I’m glad I tried this spot. Probably the best fried catfish I’ve ever had. Very fresh and cooked to order!
