Our family recently visited Texas Roadhouse and unfortunately the entire experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
We arrived around 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not packed, we didn’t have to wait for a table, and there appeared to be plenty of staff working. Despite that, our visit lasted nearly TWO HOURS from the time we were seated until we finally received our check.

Drink menu says $5 beer and margaritas, does not specify house margarita. I asked the waitress if it was only the house or if flavors were included, she stated the flavors were included. Upon receiving our bill, we were charged an additional 50 cents per drink. When questioned, the waitress said I think the flavors are more and when asked about the beer, she said Modello is the only one for the $5. And may I add, the menu specifies neither of these. Very shady business.
Absolutely terrible service!! Our waitress was the worse waitress I’ve ever had in my life! Another table had the same problem! Manager finally got us another waiter! I would go in to detail but don’t have the energy after that experience!! WILL not go back to this location!! 2nd waiter Austin was awesome but our experience was already ruined!!😡
