Came at 11 am and I loved the breakfast!!
The manager Kesha and the crew was friendly and everything was hot and fresh great great service and Kesha came to check on us mines alot

Jack's Family Restaurant in Tupelo offers friendly service and good food, though ordering online is not recommended as it may get messed up. The best way to eat is to go inside and order. The staff is so so friendly, welcoming, and the place is so clean. Even the bathrooms were really clean and smelled so good. At one location, Mrs. Lawanda and Mrs. Shaleka provided extraordinary customer service, being welcoming, professional, and understanding. Another visit praised the team for handling a last minute big order within 20 minutes with no complaining, just friendly, 5 Star customer service. The food is great, with a cheeseburger that was hot and juicy, fries that were crispy and fresh, and a Sprite. The atmosphere is great too, with a location right close to the hospital. One guest visited every single day for over a week and found the food great, the service great, and the atmosphere great. The staff is phenomenal, accommodating big orders and turning mornings around with kindness.
