Overall above average which is great in essence. Steven B took my order per the receipt and was kind and welcoming. It was quiet and clean inside. Food hot and not alot of chaos in the kitchen. Nowadays you don’t see organization like this so I commend the shift today. 15 September 2026 at 12:48 Pm. Keep it up staff updating food was great. Fresh. Hot. Well done Wendy’s

Wendy's is a well-known restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have praised the friendly and kind staff, others have expressed concerns about the quality of the food. The fries, once a favorite, have lost their appeal due to changes in taste and texture. However, the chicken nuggets were deemed satisfactory.
Despite long wait times in the drive-thru, the restaurant has been commended for its exceptional customer service, with employees going out of their way to make customers feel welcomed. One customer even mentioned receiving a gift bag full of candy for their children, showcasing the staff's dedication to providing a positive dining experience.
Recent reviews have highlighted the restaurant's quick service, hot and tasty food, and fair prices. The staff has been described as friendly and helpful, though one customer noted the lack of air conditioning on a hot day. Overall, Wendy's seems to have a committed team, but there are still some areas for improvement to ensure a more consistent dining experience for all customers.
