My sister and I were traveling through MS, where we grew up to Southern AL. We don't have a Jack's down here and my sister said we had to get some before coming back home. It was a Sunday, so maybe the church rush depleted these guys. However, we showed up after that crowd. We just wanted two basic chicken and biscuit combos. Gravy as the side. Kiddos had to go to the orthodontist so we didnt eat breakfast before we went. After appointment we went to Jack's. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in. Given plenty of time to look at the menu to determine what we wanted without being rushed. The employee at the front made ordering/paying easy. She was professional the entire time we were in there. My kids needed this or that after getting our food, her professionalism shined through even though they were persistent lol....read full review
