West main Jack’s the workers are rude! The food was nothing that I ordered, and the gravy was upside down in my bag👎👎👎👎
20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers with bacon and cheese only, fries and a salad.
Not one single apology from any of the 10 people working behind the counter. Even seemed to get irritated at me for wanting my order correct!!
They had to cook one burger 3 times!! All around, a terrible experience. I’ll never spend my hard earned money there again!! I’m sure they don’t care, just like they didn’t care if my order was right. SMDH
