Everyone really nice and always good drinks. Main negative is lack of inside seating area. Everything else is great
Great place to have a long chat with an old friend. The food and coffee are good, but they have the most expensive coffee around.

However, other reviews describe a crazy situation with only three people working on a Sunday, causing a 30-minute wait inside while the drive through and mobile orders were prioritized. One customer ordered a green matcha tea with light ice but received a drink full of ice to the top, and the staff confirmed it was light ice despite being rude. The staff is not the friendliest, and the insulating piece of cardboard should be on the cup before it is given to the customer. Parking is difficult when the drive thru is backed up, and the drive thru line needs to be reconfigured. Wheelchair accessibility is possible if parking can be found.
