“Hamilton, AL. Question. WHY ARE YOU NOT AT VIVA LA CASITA?! That place should be PACKED!!!! The food and service is absolutely AMAZING. VERY large portions, flavorful, very well seasoned. Get the fresh guacamole. They make it there and it arrives in a molcajete. For the first time in a long time, I wasn't able to finish my food (minus the guac) because it was so delicious. Service was absolutely exceptional and friendly. Most restaurants that are Mexican/ Hispanic are pretty much all the same. However, something about this one was unique in its flavor. I don't know what it was, but it was leagues ahead of other places I've been to. I mentioned how much I enjoyed the food and how they should be packed out and their eyes lit up and their shoulders picked up. There's pride in their food. They know it should be packed. There's something special about this place. Keep it here!“
