What in the world is wrong with this Taco Bell drive thru? They literally only take one order at a time and don’t take a second drive thru order until the previous order is filled at the window! I see more cars drive off than get food!

Not being open until 11am is crazy. That's 2 hours late. Where even are the people in charge? This taco bell should have closed a long time ago and had something better replace it. They're hours are never right. They never get orders right. They take FOREVER AND just to save themselves from corporate they pull every car out of the drive thru and park them in the lot so the times don't get sent.

We've given this place so many chances and it's just consistently bad. Wrong food orders, cold food, sloppy food, long wait times (30+ min), we've even had food completely missing the meat. I think they were doing better for a while when it was under new management, but they consistently have workers that just don't care. It's a bummer considering this is one of the only fast food places we have around here.

I don’t review businesses much. However, this place absolutely sucks. Use to get it every now and then and everytime it sucks. They mess up the order or the food is basically frozen. Started getting it maybe once everything 3 months and it sucks every time still. Basically selling people shit food every single order. Got it tonight and the food did not have one bit of warmth and my soft tacos were wet. They were legit wet, completely wet. Will never get it again. Only time I consider getting this awful food is when I am not in Hampton Cove.
They can’t just make a decent meal maybe once a day, like do your job to the best ability once, maybe. But no, this place attracts the worst workers and they hire the worst workers. If the owner would eat his food once, they would be in disgust. Do better. Do better. What a disgrace.

Normally I’m pretty chill with service in most places because I myself work under customer service and I understand the stress of the job but when I ordered with the self ordering machine I waited up front to ask for my drinks and in a little over 5 mines go by and I never received service but few employees for sure knew I needed service and they never took action.
Never get all of the items you ordered. So frustrating!

Waited over 30 minutes while they took care of people in the drive through and took care of nobody in the dining room. Placed my own order on the kiosk asked for the manager to get a reform and he never paid attention to me then I get my food and it's wrong I will never do business with this location again.

They make you pull around and wait at least thirty minutes every time. 95% of the time your order is wrong and it is a pain to correct. While you wait, you sit there and watch the workers screw off inside the whole time.
