Never anyone to take orders anymore so when you order from the kiosk they never give you your drink cup. They drip the food and run back to make another order so you have to wait until they bring that order to ask for your cup. The cup is part of the order and should be delivered with the food. Take note of Whatabuger who put cups by their kiosk for the customer to just get themselves.

Every time that I come to this Taco Bell, it never fails that there are items missing in my order. Luckily, I've learned to check the bag before pulling out of the driveway, because by the time I get home, I don't want to drive all the way back. I just dont get it. it's ridiculous that, no matter when I come, there's always something missing from my order. And when you have teenagers that want to eat, they don't take kindly to food missing, not to mention, I pay for it, I still have not gotten a refund for the 2 burritos that weren't in my order the last time, and I have gotten a hold of management 4 different times, and I still have not been given a refund, it is not been made correct, it's just ridiculous, this is not the way to do business.

So get home and open up my grilled cheese burrito, it is burnt, I am so fed up with the way this Taco Bell is running its business, I either don't get my food or it's so burnt you can't eat the food!

Had a great experience at the Owens Cross Roads Taco Bell. Mrs. Dee was so friendly and went out of her way to provide a great customer experience. Mrs. Dee is a shining light in the customer service field in this day and age. Thank You.

I understand if you didn't have enough employees to open the dining room. But could you at least put a sign on the door so that people don't get kids out of car seats and walk up to a locked door! 🤦‍♂️

Waited for 30 minutes in a car line that wasn’t moving. Then I left.

This was my first time visiting this location. Overall, the store was very clean and my order was good and was made correct. However, there was nobody there to take my order. I had to place my order using a kiosk. Which I didn't mind (welcome to the future, I guess?) but just seemed to make things more confusing. After waiting for 12 minutes for my order to be prepared an employee came up and placed a order (bag) on the counter in front of me and walked off. On the wall next to it are shelves that are put in place for pick up orders (Door Dash, Uber eats, online orders, etc ...) and being he didn't ask my name or tell me it was my order, I didn't assume it was mine. 6 minutes later a employee came up to the counter, looked at the bag, looked at me then turned around to look at a computer screen. He then turned to me asking me my name only to say that it was my order and it was ready. I didn't say anything, I just grabbed my order and left. They didn't seem that busy at the time so I do not understand why my order was just placed on the counter without anyone acknowledging my presence or saying anything. Maybe there was some confusion, I don't know, but I was hungry and wanted to get back home. I'm sure I will be back here again and I hope my experience is a little better next time because my first was a little discouraging.

Normally it's passable but tonight it was so so good!! I had a crunchy and a soft taco take-out with a 15 min ride home and that was the best tacos I've had from this location in forever!! Nothing was soggy or broken and it was still warm even after the ride home.

Thank you to the person who cared tonight!! 9/8/25 drive thru order at around 10:10pm.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! The employees and managers were incredibly helpful, friendly, and their service was WAY above. Please come see them. The atmosphere was awesome. Everything at this taco bell was awesome!!! Kat and Austin were sweet and incredibly helpful. Definitely coming back to this one!! Their manager, David was incredibly kind and efficient.

came in with my boyfriend and he found not one, not two, but three hairs in his crunchwrap. lobby wasn't clean and it took 15 min to get just our drinks. probably won't be back if we can help it
