“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “The first piece of walleye ok. Definitely needed some seasoning and the second piece was on the bottom laying in sort of a little puddle of Grease I pick it up it' just fell apart is very greasy. Cheese curds custards with good everyone enjoyed their burgers. Grandkids like their kids meals wife liked her Burger. Just wish the walleye was a little better.”

The staff was super kind both times we were there and the food was fantastic (had shrimp, chicken, and v Mac meals). They also had, when we were there, carrot and red velvet cake (what?!). “Do yourself a favor and go try Pofta Buna International! Such an amazing piece of home! I took my coworkers there and they were amazed, we all had the Bucharest Shaorma! Crepes are delicious savory or sweet, desers taste like back home in 🇷🇴 Romania. Thank you to Nicoleta and the crew for filling our bellies with deliciousness! 5 ⭐️ !!!!”

“I love the energy of this place. It is very clean and well themed. The staff here is great, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Alabama peach pie and it was prepared incredibly fast and tasted great. The prices are very fair and the service is great!”

“I would recommend, but I was very disappointed when I went today! Got there about 2:30, and waited for someone to help me. At 2:40, someone finally asked if I needed something, I needed a menu. Lady looked at the clock, the stove/oven is shut down , we close at 3:00!! So, I’m guessing the only thing I could have gotten was a coffee or something sweet! I felt shut down on the spot! Didn’t realize that a kitchen shuts off the stove/oven before they actually close!! Very disappointed at the treatment today!!”

“We love Crumbl! We’ve never had a bad experience at the one from Jones Valley. Our favorite is the molten lava cookie. I do wish they would change up the classic pink sugar cookie… it’s time for something new.”

“Our evening here was off to a slow start but it was worth the wait. Our food was excellent and I’ll definitely be back. We had the Saag Paneer and Paneer Tikka Masala. The Tikka Masala had a lot of cilantro. It was different but still very good. We also had a side of buttered naan and finished off with some kheer. The paneer tasted very fresh as did everything else. This might be my favorite Indian place in Huntsville. The portion size was good value for both the entrees.”

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“Today was my first time visiting JJ’s Treats. I purchased a dozen chocolate chip cookies, a dozen peanut butter cookies and some chocolate turtles. All I can say is “WOW”! They were the best cookies I’ve ever had- specifically the chocolate chip ones! They were very moist and flavorful. I shared all of the goodies with my team at work and they were all impressed. It’s obvious that Dr. Janis’ treats are made with love. I had no idea that she also makes homecooked meals right next door! That is on my list of foods to try. I highly recommend this place and wouldn’t change a single thing about my experience today. Dr. Janis is also very nice and welcoming. JJ’s Treats is a must try if you are in the Huntsville area!”

“My husband and I grew up in upstate NY so we know what real Italian pizza should taste like. Grimaldi’s certainly delivered. The pizza was exactly as we remembered.
