“Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. Watching the other employees around them, it appeared as if everyone was working in sync and the effort was fluid and productive. The 3 ladies were smiling from ear-to-ear and really made our drive-thru experience extremely pleasant. We were on a motorcycle and they took the time to compliment us on having fun. The food was prepared perfectly, the service was fast and the customer service most exceptional. My husband had the Beef & Cheddar and I had the Mediterranean wrap. My husband and I just recently over prior weekend experienced the opposite type of service from a Popeye's in Gurley, AL whereas everyone was arguing at the drive-thru window in front of us and they came outside and continued to belittle their co-workers and we waited a LONG time for food -- we were the only ones in the drive thru! So our experience at Arby's #7851 in Hampton Cove, Alabama just made our day. We will make a point to stop by there more often on our evening motorcycle rides. The entire store must have been trained well because everyone was smiling and even looked like they enjoyed working. Called and spoke to the manager this morning, Amber and she was very professional and courteous. Same for the phone call to corporate when speaking with Debra. “The food is absolutely wonderful, the service is quick and polite, the atmosphere is up beat and very friendly i would recommend anyone who hasn't tried it should you will not be disappointed, the front counter people are so delightful and cheerful even if your having a bad day they can put a smile on your face!”

“So, I ordered because of the fried green tomatoes but will be coming back for the customer service and delicious food. I have a shellfish allergy so i was super curious to try the shrymp… I was not disappointed. Let’s face it it not real seafood but I was satisfied with the snap and texture of the plant based protein. I was nervous to try it because you never know when it comes to substitute shellfish but It was perfect. I called the restaurant before hand and they were so sweet and accommodating when it came to look up the ingredients just to double check. I will be a returning customer. Also i ordered through Uber so i can rate the atmosphere but i have a feel it is just as beautiful. 😘☺”

“Do yourself a favor and go try Pofta Buna International! Such an amazing piece of home! I took my coworkers there and they were amazed, we all had the Bucharest Shaorma! Crepes are delicious savory or sweet, desers taste like back home in 🇷🇴 Romania. Thank you to Nicoleta and the crew for filling our bellies with deliciousness! 5 ⭐️ !!!!”

“I love the energy of this place. It is very clean and well themed. The staff here is great, friendly, and knowledgeable as well. I ordered the Alabama peach pie and it was prepared incredibly fast and tasted great. The prices are very fair and the service is great!”

“We come to Metro Diner on Airport Road almost every Saturday. Partly because the food is amazing and they have a great selection. But since our first experience here, we always request to have Raven as our server. She is so friendly, attentive, fast, and positive! Raven makes our morning and she is definitely one of the best!”

“I would recommend, but I was very disappointed when I went today! Got there about 2:30, and waited for someone to help me. At 2:40, someone finally asked if I needed something, I needed a menu. Lady looked at the clock, the stove/oven is shut down , we close at 3:00!! So, I’m guessing the only thing I could have gotten was a coffee or something sweet! I felt shut down on the spot! Didn’t realize that a kitchen shuts off the stove/oven before they actually close!! Very disappointed at the treatment today!!”

“My family and I ate here for the first time tonight. We battled 5:30pm, Friday, Madison traffic to get to them, and I can confidently say we would 100% do it again! 10/10 recommend! The gentlemen working went above and beyond and are super polite! Family owned and operated, and we are here for it! Food is absolutely delicious. I don’t think there is a bad choice on the menu. Best $40 we’ve spent for a family of 3 in a very long time!! Quality food and we all left stuffed.”

“I came with my daughter and grandson and we had a wonderful dining experience! We loved sitting outdoors & noticed beautiful heaters available for cooler temperatures. Having gluten-free options was so extraordinary for the pizza and pasta! We ordered both!!! 2 pizzas (pepperoni & mushroom with caramelized onions) & Chicken Alfredo. The salads were so unique & beautifully plated. The bar options were also fabulous!! Having lived in Los Angeles for a long time and having great exposure to exceptional restaurants, we were certain to express our delight to our servers at having such delicious options today. We thought our favorite Italian restaurant in the state was in Birmingham, but being here changed our mind! Additionally, the pricing for our meal was excellent. So glad we had leftovers to enjoy for our next meal. Absolutely will return!!! Great experience all around!”

“The acai bowl was absolutely amazing, loved and we will absolutely order again.The avocado toast was the saddest thing ever...literally toast smeared with the tiniest bit of avocado and drowned in Sriracha. “We stumbled on this spot looking for a milk shake spot, there was live music and lots of dining options. Looks like its a really fun place to visit, we were only staying 1 night though. Will definitely check it out again if were in the area now that we know it's there.”
