The big n bold bbq bacon burger was not so bold. The picture of the burger had what looked like fried onions, it had nothing of the sort on it. As far as big and bold goes, the bbq sauce didn't seem very bold. There was about a half teaspoon of bacon pieces and 1 piece of bacon bunched up. I see how hard everyone works. Ive also seen how nasty some of the customers can be when they get impatient over things the employees ccannot help I come in about 3 days a week sometimes 4 In the evening, the crew has never been rude to me and they work hard to get everything out right. The managers are very polite and so is the staff, I think that it is getting better than it was a couple of months ago.
I love their bags of ice...it's a wonderful deal for a little over a dollar and the ice is definitely the best in my opinion. I'm new to the area and went through the drive thru the other day to grab a bag of ice and had the most wonderful experience with the young man working at the drive thru. He was incredibly friendly and had excellent customer service. He brightened my day and I just wanted to give him a shout out on here...his name was Mason and Jack's should...
