Dont hand me cold mcnuggets after making me pull up and wait 10 minutes when im the onlly customer there. is that why i had to pull up? so i wouldnt see them pulling my order feom the trash and putting it in my bag? ANSWER THE PHONE AND MAKE THINGS RIGHT PLEASE! I work a job tgen come home and do laundry and finally eat supper at 1030 and its cold. I paid for food and waited just so i could microwave it.
It's extremely rare that I ever eat fast food(maybe 3 or 4 times a year).But when you crave a big mac ,you gotta have one.I was restaurant management for over 20 years,and have eaten at multiple restaurants. I've never had the excellent customer service anywhere like I had tonight at this Hanceville McDonald's. I was there early morning hours Sunday Dec19 th the employees messed my order up and they were rude ,when I called to talk to the manager she was just as rude as the employee
