Jack's Family Restaurant receives mixed reviews. The big n bold bbq bacon burger was not so bold, with very little bacon and bbq sauce, and missing fried onions shown in the picture. The small chicken wings were so tiny that employees gave extra wings. However, the regular menu had no complaints, and the mac n cheese is delicious. The crew works hard and has never been rude, with polite managers and staff. The restaurant is getting better than a couple of months ago. The bags of ice are a wonderful deal for a little over a dollar and are the best. A young man at the drive thru provided excellent customer service and was incredibly friendly.
