This place is a joke. They only had one employee in there and she act like she got mad at time. We asked a question. I ordered two wraps with pickles, lettuce cheese and she gave me a tortilla with cheese and mayonnaise that was it so mad I’m never gonna come back to Popeyes Louisiana chicken ever again plus a place was dirty $17 for two chicken thighs and two wraps. What the hell

I came in to order some food about an hour ago amd it is so hot in there! How can you all allow your employees to work in those conditions? I feel bad for those having to work in such horribly hot conditions. Nobody gets paid enough for that! Another thing I noticed is there were only 3 people working and the only one I saw actually doing anything was an older woman maybe in her late 40's. Despite it being so hot she was nice and professional. Do better by your employees!

Rude as can be staff. Prices are outrageous and don’t match promotions at other locations. Small chicken strips 3 piece and 5 piece came out to $26. Keep driving to find something else.

The use of the self-serve kiosks here is atrocious. They are often unresponsive with multiple attempts to navigate an overly complicated menu tree. And when the customer wants to pay in cash, you have to wait until the employees take notice and in this case re-enter the customer's order anyway. Just a nuisance. Employees were nice.

It took 15 minutes to order and 10 minutes just to get shrimp. You can only order at the kiosk and it is not very user-friendly and it is next to impossible to get a receipt printed because it wants you to scan a QR code not interested in any of that. The people in the back of the house are completely overwhelmed and everybody is waiting and waiting. And waiting. Worst run Popeyes I’ve ever seen. The AC is cranked on high and their buffalo seasoning spreads throughout the area and makes everybody sneeze, choke and eyes water.
If it's going to be this outrageously expensive, it would be great if you got what you actually ordered. Took a long time, order was wrong, biscuits left out, and they were out of sauces. All around poor experience.

Rude and my order was wrong I asked for bone in wing and is on my receipt, I absolutely hate the kiosks the elders struggle with this and the workers that try to help are absolutely rude them just watched this. This used to be my favorite stop. NOT ANYMORE!
