HOME RUN!! I frequently stop here. It's always a well run store. Yesterday morning I had breakfast and ...yup- Great Experience. I THINK the manager waited on me and I wanted to thank him when I was done, but I guess he was training, cleaning, ordering....managing! Outstanding!

I have always loved Jacks. Today I was so disappointed. The sides were not good and they forgot my ranch dressing which is the highlight for me!! I went through drive through. Y'all do better!!!

Order a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken was non existing it was 90% breading and hard as a rock. The staff are rude and act like they don't want to be there. I will never attempt to eat at this location again. I'm heading home to cool me some food now that I wasted my time here.

Other fast food restaurants. What wasn't concerning was, unlike most Jack's locations, this location was dirty ie. floors. counters, prep area. The food was up to the standard of Jack's, had 4 pc chicken fingers and fries. Overall, it is unorganized, maybe I will not return to this location.

Waited 25 mins and had drive thru pass more than 10cars before they even started my inside order. Not to mention the toddler running around in the back by the grill because they were trying to babysit while they cook . Lunch crew is slow and are only concerned with their drive thru. They are very unorganized had four people order after me and get their food before me. I had to remind the lady that I had already ordered and that my order was on the screen. Then when I asked about it he seemed not only unconcerned but gave me a dirty snarling look when she finally did hand me my food. They need to take notes from Chick-fil-A.
