Don't waiste your time. Sat at the speaker for 5min. No one answered. Drove around to the window 4 people in there working 1 guy in there ordering and none of them even acknowledged me for at least 3min so I drove off. Apparently I was about the 3rd person to do so.

Went there 3-24 the employees were outside at there cars but would run in when someone came to the window. They were out of certain food, which I can see why. I asked for one item they gave me what the wanted me to have and said they were out. The were very dry.

Popeyes seems to hire good people. This location like many others I've visited over the years, was staffed by a group of dedicated and friendly employees! The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! But the star of this location was the staff and their outstanding service! I will definitely be back!

4:30 appropriate Friday today waited in line 20, decided to wait out the shut off speaker. When I got to window they did not know my order. Only 2 people in kitchen. When I mentioned it sweetly I was in a hurry…..the lady told me to “GO THEN”. I was bewildered then she shouted “ leave” I did. I own a business too and would appreciate the information. I am available for more information if needed to dismiss the employee

I went to the Popeyes in Harpersville on yesterday February 19th. I ordered a two piece snack a Brest and a thigh.The cashier did not ask if I wanted mild or spicy. I paid for my food they gave me the box which was hot I’m assuming the chicken was just cooked. When I got home to eat a piece of chicken the chicken was not seasoned at all it was just plain and nasty! I don’t know what they are doing in that kitchen but I will not be back!

Person taking order was hard of hearing, after 3 trys she didn't repeat 2 of 4 meals correctly and she wasn't typing them into the computer, she was trying to recall everything I said while walking back to tell the cook. I finally asked, "Could anyone read what is supposed to be on the screen?" She gave me an ugly look and asked if I wanted the chicken, and I politely told her to just cancel my order, and she replied good and walked off. I gladly left, pulled off, and stopped at the store next door to get drinks and after 20 minutes in line at Popeyes in Harpersville, Alabama there was only one other car to pull up there to order chicken on a Friday night. Of course, we can see why. We drove on to Popeyes in Sylacauga and received better service there. That was 2 times we left Harpersville without food.

Pre ordered online 15min a head and it was 30 minutes from the time I ordered until I finally got my food had to ask for my biscuit is missing. Slowest service ever!!

This is the slowest restriction you will ever visit. Evey time I have been drive through takes more than 5 minutes. With no line to wait in, you will still wait at least 5 minutes from the time you order until the time you drive away. Even for a single chicken sandwich and a soda.

The manager on the phone was so rude! I didn’t get a chance to order anything. I was trying to ask about the chicken specials. I ask the employee her name she said “I told you in the beginning so that mean you wasn’t listening to me. Never ever have I been talked to in such away by a person in customer service. This lady needs to be fired!!! Then she told me I was having a bad day. I wasn’t having a bad day until she pretty much told me off. I’m still shocked that an employee can yell at customers on the phone or in person!

Walked in around 3:00 with my sister and we were both getting meals for our husbands. I ordered two of the BIG BOX meals, each with different sides. The woman taking my order was extremely rude and let me know by her actions that she didn’t care one bit about getting my order right. My sister ordered the same thing I did and was treated the same way. While she was filling our orders someone pulled into the drive through and she told them she would be right with them. After managing to get our orders filled in under 15 minutes someone else came to the front counter to make sure she had put everything in the bags. They still royally messed up our orders. We were the only people in there, except for the drive through customer that never got waited on. The drive through guy finally left without ever placing his order.You can’t blame this on staffing issues. Popeyes Harpersville just has bad employees.
