I arrived twice after 6pm to Dairy Delite. The sign is both turned on and flipped to open, so I called them to find out why then just ended up talking to them at the window just to figure out why this disconnect is happening.
The reason they said the lobby is closed is because they are understaffed at night so after 6pm the lobby is closed.
That’s understandable, but if this is an issue then management should at minimum tape/post a sign on the door explaining the lobby situation.
The staff is polite and resolved my issue. Just have something to explain the rule of what side is actually open when.

We got 2 Big Ds cheeseburgers with the house sauce and fries. It was good! The sauce is what makes it and the tomatoes tasted homegrown. May not have been but they were good. No one else was here and we enjoyed the private dinner with our 5 month old. Would come again if we're in the area. 😊

I waited outside until 7:32 while the posted hours say 8. Instead of simply announcing over the speaker that they were closed, two employees sat in the kitchen laughing and watching us. This wasn’t a one-time issue—it happens just about every other night when those same workers are on shift. That wastes customers’ time and shows no professionalism. If the restaurant is closing at 7:15, it should not be advertised as open until 8. Customers deserve honesty and respect, not false advertising and dismissive attitudes. Boss I’d be installing live video to see for your self this is costing your business to loss customers who come their daily. It’s a shame! The food is even cold while these two girls are working, the chicken&fries lately have been hard as a Brick due to being dipped back into the grease, idk what’s up but something is definitely wrong here! Kitchen police needs to have a special visit here folks I bring this to everyone with integrity and honest facts. So sad to know they won’t be here much longer

Wanted ice cream, no ice cream…broken. Ordered foot long hot dog, No hot dogs. Ended up getting 2 cheeseburger delux and a fry. Fries horrible cold and flimsy. Cheeseburger was one of worse ever. Tiny, mayo only, no onion, mustard, ketchup. Don’t know what made it delux. Wasn’t size or items on it. Dairy delight, , what happen, you use to be so good😢
I give this place a zero all the way around! Trash burger ( cheap frozen paddy ) that’s well over cooked. Service is well below par and building is in need of an update and cleaning!

Well .. it's Dari-Delight folks. Terrible septic tank smell in the men's room. Food is usually very good. Don't expect a smiling cashier either... They seemed unhappy and would rather smoke a cigarette or sit over there in that "office" space.
