We love the food. However, the front staff is not friendly or helpful. We waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment. So, we pulled around and went inside to place our order. Same service. I understand if its busy, but it only takes a second to tell someone you will be right with them. Horrible customer service and very slow.

The food is amazing but the staff is so rude. I was waiting in the drive through for like 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged us even though they walked past us plenty of times. We eventually went around the building and parked. I went in and waited for another like 10 or 15 minutes and no one came up to me. No one even said they would be with me in a minute! All I’m trying to say is order online or don’t bother coming here!

I went through the drive-thru and got two classic pepperoni pizzas and a cheese pizza they had been probably sitting there for a while because they were a little bit on the stale side but they were still all eating just had a remark for my son why is this pizza tastes this way.

Went in there last night after I called in my order I ordered cheese pizza puffs, the lady said they would have to cook them.that they had pepperoni already fixed . Well I wanted cheese, so when I arrived and stood there 4 minutes before anyone would ask me if I needed help ,then gave me what I thought was my order a pepperoni pizza and cheese puffs . After I got home the cheese puffs were actually pepperoni that must hqve been cooked the day before. They tasted like a grease ball , and had no tomato sauce You're Friday night crew needs fired and you hire someone who gives half a cent

This location has fallen off recently with service. Past few times I have ordered ahead and gone to window pick up (when pizza was supposed to be ready) just to have to wait for them to make the pizza when I get there and then for it to be wrong. The last two times I have visited my order has been wrong.

If i could give this location zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you are ordering for a party. I placed my order on app the morning of party to be ready at 2, and PAID FOR IT. $60 dollars. It was a hectic day and change of person able to pick up pizza pushed us back about an hour. They told us that i should have been on time, so they “sold” all 9 pizzas to ONE person by 3pm. No one called me or texted me to check in. Didn’t even try to find a solution, actually blatantly did everything they could to not help. Now they refuse to give me a refund until i am present in the store with an ID for pizza I NEVER SAW! Sounds like Someone else got some free pizzas for their Saturday night party. Oh yeah, the store manager also called the cops on my sister for trying to get pizzas that I PAID FOR! 😂😂😂 this is actually laughable. Shout out to DOMINOS for having my order delivered in the time this manager spent trying to prove a point!! Find a different job because customer service isn’t for you.

To say this is the slowest place to get a “hot and ready pizza“ is an understatement. Every time I go (which this is the last) I’ve had to wait 20 plus minutes or they are out of everything. Today I go in and no one is wearing gloves while preparing food and it sounds like a mother and 2 sons bickering back and forth. Absolutely awful. Please get management in this location.

Ordered online while sitting in the parking lot. 10 minutes late being ready, 40+ minutes in the drive-thru line trying to get to the window, and another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window for my name. By the time I got home, less than 10 minutes away, the food wasn't even warm.
9/10 this place is great and fast And the 1/10 they aren't, they make sure to take care of it
