the service quality has gotten much better and i haven't had an issue with getting regular milk in awhile! (i'm a regular now tho lol)
the baristas are all so kind and friendly. and i really enjoy it when they take a minute to answer the speaker because they're laughing about something, happens fairly often. to me that just shows they don't hate their job and are able to enjoy themselves at work.
so 5 stars all around!!
