The odor when enter was foul. Upon entering the women's restroom it made sense where it was coming from. The floor was flooded with water and paper towels. There was no toilet paper which caused someone to stop the toilets up from using the paper towels. The gentleman at the front counter was very polite when I mentioned it and even while he took my order. The service was fast, and my order was correct. However, the chicken was not fresh and the biscuits were too hard to eat....read full review

Always seem to get frustrated when you ask simple questions, Idk if it's hard to hear or they get annoyed. . Either way I love Jack's burgers so I'll take a teenage attitude for one lol.

Just went through the drive thru and I ordered two 2 tender kids meals and a 4 piece combo I didn’t get a receipt and my kids 2 piece tenders were bigger than the 3 tenders I got in my meal mind you I ordered and payed for a 4 piece meal. I couldn’t go back and prove I had a 4 piece meal with no receipt.. and I got home before I even noticed my order was wrong….
