“On July 5th approximately 8am in the Drive Thru at the Hartselle, AL location we noticed my Frappe was in a much smaller cup than usual and my husband questioned it and a different young lady, Kelly happen to hear and also noticed the cup my husband was holding was wrong and she knew my order and the extras I get and volunteered to redo and fix my Frappe from memory and had us go ahead and pull thru towait just a moment and she’d bring it right out. It was only a moment and she did a fantastic job remembering my order and making it really well. So thank you Kelly for taking such great care of me this morning and it was impressive that you knew exactly how my Frappe should be. You’ve got a good one in her McDs. “What a lovely little spot! I mapped myself over to grab a drink for the road a couple of weeks ago. This coffee shop seems pretty out-of-the-way (to me at least -- but I'm not a local so maybe I'm missing something), to the point where I thought maybe my GPS was wrong. But it wasn't, so if you check this place out, have faith in Google maps! Lol. The signage is a little small but I promise it's there! It's near Austin High School and behind a small gas station/mini-mart.There's a spacious parking lot out front and a small patio for nicer days than the day I visited. It was super quiet and cozy inside, and it smelled great! I saw one person working on his laptop, and I'd definitely agree that this is a great place to hunker down and focus. It's mostly a table and chair setup but there's a couch too, iirc.Service was a highlight -- the barista was super kind and bubbly and eager to help with all my questions. She listened to what I liked and provided several excellent recommendations. I can't remember the exact name of the drink I got because I delayed too long between visiting and writing this review, but it was a specialty mocha of some sort, either the Smithy Special or the Beam Bonfire. I'd guess the Smithy Station as I'm not usually super into marshmallow stuff. Whatever I had, it was sweet, smooth, creamy, beautiful, and an appropriate size for the fairly low price. I'd get it again!They have small, typical coffeeshop snacks (think pastries, etc) and change up specials depending on the time of year. I'm in Decatur somewhat often for work, especially during the winter months, and this may be one of my new preferred coffee shops. Thanks for a nice first visit!“
“My first time here, but well worth the drive from Decatur for their all you can eat waffles special. The waffles tasted closer to top-notch, upscale Belgian waffles, delicious! The atmosphere and staff were warm and inviting. And it was relaxing watching the trains tumble by.“

“I stop by almost every morning on my way to work to get an iced mocha coffee with shot of espresso and a pig in a blanket. I'm assuming it's the owner who's taught me this coffee with chocolate milk instead of regular is the best. if I'm running late it doesn't even feel right not stopping to get my coffee. great crew, food,, and coffee to start your day with! awesome place to stop at!“

“Very “cute” coffee shop - with coffee whose taste measured up to its “cuteness.” Meaning the coffee wasn’t great, however, the price, atmosphere and service made up for it!The food was great, and biscuits tasted homemade!Go here for a great experience overall minus good coffee. :)“
