We waited 30 minutes for breakfast after we ordered.this was my 1st time here. We asked about our order and was told it would probably be another 30 minutes. I had a hair appointment so we left and went to Hardee's .

Food is really good, once you get it. Wasn't really busy when we got there yet took a good 45 minutes after ordering to get an omelet and some biscuits and gravy. While the staff is really friendly, the service is horrible.

The food was not impressive... Another problem was the men's bathroom was nasty, almost out of toilet paper, and completely out of paper towels. Staff notified and they informed customer the person who takes care of the bathrooms would be in shortly for work to address the concerns.

Walked in this spot this morning & from the jump you could tell the management was in need of some help. Only 2 ladies working the whole restaurant & one of the ladies was so obnoxiously loud it made the breakfast environment something I'm not interested in being around. Save your money and go somewhere else. The food was so mid. We won't ever return.

We couldn't say much about the food due to not receiving any. We waited for an hour for food. Staff was kind and apologetic about the wait, but there was little communication with customers about the arrival of food. The lack of waiting system probably really messes them out because there's no way for the kitchen to catch up.

Me and my wife was there today for lunch. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced ,. definitely will be back! Highly recommend!!

Lovely family place and a big part of hartselle history. Kind staff.... This is a update. I love this place and never thought I could say anything bad about it. I will go back but today I called in a order and was told they had a party and I should wait 30 minutes to come and I gave them 50 minutes but when I got there she said the party is backed up and it would be another 30 minutes. That's unbelievably a long time. A long time for that party that a hour later they was still waiting on food and to want me to wait over a hour for one plate. I say this cause we have ran food establishments. I can do it in my sleep and a party of 30 should be served and food out in 15, 30 minutes at most. If that's not possible don't except the party. All that said I'm trying to leave it alone and will go back and the ladies that work there are amazing but whoever the owners running this is should rethink the way they want the public to view there business. Again I hate having to update this but I know how important peoples time is and like I said I know what it takes to run one. Good luck. I hope they do better. And quit putting garlic in everything. This is Alabama and that's disgusting.
