Our waitress disappeared and after a hour of waiting on food. We go up to say we will pay for our drinks and cheesecake, we're leaving. You'd think they would have been apologetic but no. Being rude because we're leaving

This little Hometown restaurant is exactly what Hartselle needed along with a couple other towns that could use the best salad bar ever

Ordered 8oz rib eye & a HIGH COTTON rib eye steak

POOR EXCUSE FOR A STEAKHOUSE!

It was TOOOOO EXPENSIVE and the WORST meal we ever had

Birthday supper. On the way to our table a waitress ran into me. Like she didn't see me. The young man at the salad bar was disgruntled and slamming utensils. The bar was unkempt and needed to be wiped down. Our waitress didn't refill our drinks and I heard as we left there was a shift change. Almost 5 . We will not drive from Trinity again for their salad bar. It was hot in there and they don't pay any attention to customers. I got my own carry out box bc there was not a waitress in sight. On the way out she didn't ask , how was it ? Overalp Bad experience. Great food. Just would not recommend. I don't care . There is no excuse whatsoever for that type of poor service. We would have gotten it to go if our waitress had ever came back. Had to find her for refills. Pitiful!!! Food was delicious. Cook was on point. I gagged that food down and started drinking my husband's coke.

Placed a carryout order - chicken was severely undercooked. Front desk staff was nice, atmosphere looked nice. My chicken was just very undercooked. If I didn't notice i would've gotten sick. Not saying avoid, but definitely double check your food.

Unfortunately, this visit was not a good experience. We were there before closing, but the salad bar was already being cleaned up while customers were still eating. When we asked for items that were missing from the salad bar, the waitstaff was rude and made us feel like we were bothering them.

I completely understand closing duties need to be done, but customers should not feel rushed or treated poorly when the restaurant is still open. Better service and a more professional attitude would go a long way.

Fully enjoyed our meal 😋 The salad bar, the chicken fingers and steak bites were the best I ever had. The waitress was so nice and made sure we were very well taking care of along with everyone else. The price was reasonable. I loved, loved this place Absolutely my favorite place to eat now.

I don’t give very many bad reviews and always try my best not to unless deserved. I repeat do not order the chicken wrap unless you want to be disappointed. It was cut in half which I would think. Someone else is getting the other half and mine did not even come with lettuce or tomato on it either. My daughters had more chicken on their kids plate than on my wrap. The fries were dry on everyone’s order at the table as well. Great atmosphere and service but food was something that needs work.

While traveling through Hartselle, Alabama, we met a friend for dinner at Oh Bryan's and were so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with the kind of genuine Southern hospitality you hope to find but don't always get to experience. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and seemed to truly enjoy taking care of their guests.

The restaurant itself is charming and full of nostalgia. Everywhere you look, there are unique decorations and memorabilia that make the atmosphere warm, inviting, and fun to explore while you wait for your meal.

The food was outstanding. Every dish at our table was prepared perfectly, and it was clear that great care goes into both the quality and presentation of the meals. They also have a fantastic, fully stocked salad bar with an impressive variety of fresh options—something that is becoming harder and harder to find these days.

It's not often that every aspect of a dining experience exceeds expectations, but Oh Bryan's did just that. If you're passing through Hartselle or are lucky enough to live nearby, this restaurant is not to be missed. We will absolutely make it a point to stop here again on future travels. Highly recommended!
