Every time I go and get their nacho fries they are old, not hot. When I ask and pay for extra sour cream it’s not extra.

They need to fix their hours on Google, went an hour before they closed late at night to one of two things. Nobody there or I got ignored. Empty cars in the parking lot indicating it could have actually been the latter.
Steak quesadilla (with extra sauce) combo with a large baja blast to drink, my sides are cinnamon twists and chips with cheese dip. My food was hot and delicious. I appreciate the workers for the great service I receive every time I go here. This is my favorite taco bell location in our county.

Had to update this. They've changed a lot. Understaffed, slow. Food tastes funny now too. Maybe it's just Taco Bell in general, maybe it's this location. Always forget condiments even though they ask you. They are like, they give off the 'mentally handicapped' vibe.

Forgets my food in my order alot
Food was cold and thrown together, they dropped my drink out the window which is a understandable mistake but, then when i asked for straws they threw them. I also never got my drink :(

$51 order and not one item was correct waited over 30 minutes for food, gentlemen making the food then had to take my receipt. Did not give it back in order to make the food. I live an hour away work in Decatur and live in cullman. I am currently on the phone trying to call them for the last hour and will continue to call them until someone picks up. NO WILL answer. I want a damn refund!!!!

I love the food here. However, the service is horrible. The speed of service isn't the number one problem (it is a problem, tho). No one from the team even acknowledged that I was in the store. Pretty hard to serve customers when you don't even notice they are in your store.

They always forget something whether it be a whole item or missing ingredients. Tonight, they forgot the cheese on the grilled cheese burritos. This is at least the 2nd time this happened. I also decided to ask the workers about some nachos we had delivered a few nights ago that were missing in my order (we called the store twice but no answer, and sent the poor delivery guy back but they wouldn’t give him the nachos) but I didn’t have my receipt on hand so the lady was rude and said she would remake it this time. I told her that the nachos had jalapeño, onions, and red sauce added. So when she was making it, she kept yelling across the kitchen to ask me what goes on it. She asked me if I wanted beans, meat, sour cream? Etc. I never said to take away ingredients. It was obvious she was taking a jab at me as if I was trying to get free food with special ingredients when we spend way too much money at this place to begin with. Well I had my partner text me the receipt since she didn’t believe me, then she wouldn’t even look at it. Great. I get it people lie and try to get free food but don’t take it out on me when you’re restaurant keeps screwing up our orders. Not to mention they don’t make the grilled cheese burritos big anymore at this specific location but you still pay full price. FYI I have tried contacting customer care through the app and haven’t had a response in 4 days.
