Ordered online they charged my credit card and when I arrived to pick up my food they said that no order had been received. When I stated that I had been charged for the order and verified It was at this location and showed them where I was charged for my order they told me sorry can’t help you.
DJ was the employees name there & he was very upbeat, friendly, and an all around pleasant person.

We visited this Subway branch late this evening and ordered a 6-foot veggie sub. The staff member who prepared it was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She changed her gloves multiple times to ensure the veg and non-veg items stayed completely separate. She even took fresh vegetables because she felt the previous ones might have been touched while making non-veg subs.
She mentioned that she had lived with a vegetarian family for a long time and understood how particular we are, so she wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her kindness truly made our day.

I was sitting in the parking lot of the Dollar General yesterday when i seen a hefty girl in her subway uniform along with two other male employees approach a vehicle. It looked as if it was a heated conversation on their end going on. The male got out of the vehicle with a baby and he looked scared. That was very unprofessional and makes the business look bad. I will be calling higher up to report this.

They close way before it’s time to close if you pull up around 8:20 your not getting anything
10 out of 10!! It was not my intent to be a “problem child” but the ladies working the evening of 5 Nov took great care of me and got me on my way. The store is very clean, the sandwich was perfect and the Customer Service even better! Thank you!

What's my last visit here they messed up my sandwich try to charge me for a chicken sandwich when I told them I ordered the BLT then when I received the BLT they forgot the meat on the BLT it was just plain cheese and lettuce and tomato and onions it wasn't worth complaining but definitely the staff here whoever the new people are they do not know how to manage well

Not sure what the recent reviews are talking about. Been going here for years and every time I go it's been an amazing experience. They have never tried to cheat me, lie to me, or scam me. Quite the opposite actually.
Food is good, the workers are always fun to talk to. I always have great dialogue with them. It's very clean too. Oh and the cookies are amazing. Super soft 😂
Love going here for a quick lunch since they are pretty speedy at making the food too! Love talking to the workers.

I placed an online order. Received confirmation and the payment was cleared on my bank. They refused to give me my order and would not refund saying they didn’t have it. I tried to show email confirmation and where payment cleared and still nothing. They said they didn’t have the order so there was no way I received confirmation. Yet, they refused to look at, telling me it was an old confirmation. Called owner of the store, who I know, and even he denied I called him. The guy there, Daniel was exceptionally rude and has NO BUSINESS in customer service. The manager, Amber was shaking so bad, I think she was coming off some kind of drug. Do not eat here

It is a subway, but it is a pretty spacious subway. One of the biggest seating areas I have seen. Clean, good service, decent sandwiches.
