I went to this store on Hwy 160 two nights in a row and they did not have any meatballs either night. When I was telling the acting manager how that was unacceptable she got rude with me. This is not the way to run a business and it is a very good way to lose customers.

I ordered through my app. I ordered a 6” steak n cheese and a footlong. They made the footlong like requested for the 6” and made the 6” like requested for the footlong. I called to request a refund and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Don’t recommend

I have 2 subways near me and I ALWAYS choose this one. It's so much cleaner than the other subways I've been in. The young ladies that was there this morning (3-30-25) around 9 was so helpful and sweet.( I didn't pay attention to her name) but I think she was kind of new. VERY SWEET young lady.

Bought the family subway for dinner what they wanted 2 out of the 4 ordered we’re not right time got home paid extra for turkey only have barely any turkey on my sub filled with lettuce any over done on mayo my step daughter got pepperoni sub with no pepperoni just fill with lettuce pickles black olives. If I going spend money for some thing order online I would want get what I ordered rip off and waste of money not get what you ordered wouldn’t be coming back to this location again.

Made a mobile order here and we arrived early and the employee came out and explained they were still working. Of course we were early so not at all a problem. The employee then came to tell us they were out of certain item so we picked our alternative. He was so kind and apologetic through all of it even though there was really nothing wrong and really went above and beyond! Great experience!
Every time I go to this location there is someone new who is equally as rude as the last. I recently went here to get a sandwich and the amount of rudeness was ridiculous. They messed up and order and made me feel stupid. Then when I tried to pay with gift card when I was finished the lady at the register got so mad and started yelling and crying and took about 30 minutes to take my card. I apologized for the inconvenience and every one of them ignored me and seemed annoyed. I have been to this location many times and never had a easy experience.

It's kind of hit or miss when you go in. Manager is very sweet & talkative. Most of the times in the evening the teenagers do not speak. Not even to say, Welcome to Subway! The barely even look up when you attempt to make convo with them. We always get a certain amount on our subs. It seems the portions have gotten smaller compared to the price you pay. We always end up spending abt 40 bucks or more. Not really worth it the majority of the time unless the manager is fixing it.
Parking: Parking lot is shared with gas station so it stays mostly busy
