How could Papa John's improve? Hire someone that actually cares about customers.
Gave us someone else's pizza. We live 30 miles away so couldn't run right back.. Horrible workers gave us the wrong pizza that didn't have our name on it. Charged us $19 with no refund for pizza we couldn't eat. Never again for this place!!! Enjoy our money that you took.
One star is being pretty generous at this point. The food has been great every time we have ordered but had probably the worst customer service tonight I have ever experienced. We called to order and when the employee answered the phone he actually sighed into the phone when asking my husband his phone number. After my husband gave it he then literally sighed loudly into the phone again and my husband asked “Am I bothering you?” The employee stated to go ahead with your order...read full review
