“My wife wanted one of those big number cakes for her 30th birthday and Sweetly Southern did a fantastic job. The cake was both elegantly decorated and tasted great. You could tell they used fresh fruit as well for their toppings. Highly recommend.“

“People, come on with the griping. They open E-A-R-L-Y-Y-Y-Y, but hours after they have been there all morning pre-6:00 making the BEST DONUTS IN S E ALABAMA AND BEYOND, sell out, close and go home. If they sell out by 7:00, and you want a lesser donut, there is another shop down the road a bit. But if you really want the best, get up a little earlier.“
“Ordered 120 cookies and all my guests, including myself, absolutely loved them! Clearly homemade, soft, and delicious. One even complimented on the chocolate chips inside the cookie! Had three separate guests ask where they came from. Thank you for the amazing treats!“

“Had lunch here today! Absolutely amazing. The ambiance is perfect complimented with a beautiful dining room. The cases were stocked with everything from pepper steak and onions, to buffalo chicken dip. you can grab the casseroles and go. We had the chicken parmessan it was fantastic . it came with pecan pie for dessert, delish. The staff was remarkable!! We will definitely be back. They have a variety menu to satisfy any palette. Definitely try it . Many sweets but a great menu of sandwiches, salads, and pasta dishes.“

“On vacation in the United States, I found a bakery with authentic Mexican flavor. I tried the delicious Conchas and the tutis, a kind of puff pastry with Philadelphia cream cheese that was amazing. They also have cakes and desserts, everything was delicious!“

“For years, I overlooked Great American Cookies, a cookie shop nestled within the fading Wiregrass Commons Mall. Now, two decades later, I've finally experienced its delights and I'm hooked! These cookies are truly fantastic, boasting a perfect texture that's ideal for dunking in milk (a feat that some cough, Crumbl, cough struggle with due to their buttery richness).
Beyond the delicious cookies, the service is wonderfully friendly and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. In a mall that's seen better days, Great American Cookies and the neighboring pretzel shop are bright spots, offering a sweet escape and a reminder that sometimes hidden gems are worth seeking out.

“Ordered a cake here. It was exactly what I envisioned and very tasty. Cake was chocolate, with cookies and cream filling and pound cake on the bottom. When ordering it I also tried a few of the sweets like cake pops and red velvet cake and they did not disappoint. Definitely my new cake place!“

“This Auntie Anne's location is a hidden gem! Despite being tucked away in a struggling mall, the pretzels here are absolutely top-notch. My experience was elevated by the fantastic customer service. The friendly staff member went above and beyond to answer all my questions with a smile and a dash of humor.
The pretzels themselves were made fresh to order and tasted incredible. If you're craving a delicious, perfectly-baked pretzel, look no further – this Auntie Anne's is a sure bet!

“The only time the place can disappoint is when they’re out of something you’re craving. Everything I have had from here is delicious. There were no petit fours out front, but the nice ladies offered to grab some from the back for me. The cookie assortment I tried was delicious. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle gingerbread cookie was probably the best.“
