These Beignets were slightly undercooked. I visited twice and they were undercooked , thick and doughy both times. In addition, they have very little flavor. If you have not had the ones in Cafe Du Monde you might enjoy them. They aren’t exactly bad, just not great. I do like the fact that they are open on Sunday mornings, It’s hard if not impossible to find fresh baked goods on Sunday)If you have a major craving for beignets they will do in a pinch. If they would perfect and/or improve their recipe they could make a lot of money because I know of only one other place that sells beignets in this general area. In addition, beignets are a hassle to fry at home. They are missing a great opportunity to sell a lot more beignets. I am not sure if these are cooks errors, equipment errors (wrong temperature) or a recipe that needs to be improved. I will probably go back a third time. If the dough is cooked in the center and safe to eat. They are very inexpensive, so no real loss. I suggest you give them a try and check the center before eating them.

really great place. truthfully, i've never been inside (i always go through the drive-thru), but the coffee is fantastic, the beignets taste great, and all of the staff are super nice. i will never not support a local cafe spot like this!

I went here on a whim and oh my goodness, I was so glad I did. it was my first experience with Beignets. I'm a total health nut and I loved them so much, I ate the entire bag, they were so good! Definitely try them out. You won't regret it!

My wife and I just moved to Alabaster and we’ve been looking for a great local coffee spot to call our own, and I think we’ve found it! Worth the 10 mile drive, absolutely. So charming, everything from the warm greeting to the handwritten note on the coffee cup, makes us want to go back.

I love that they have a drive thru. It’s a convenient little coffee shop because there aren’t many in the area. They also have better prices than Starbucks. Support local!!I enjoyed my iced chai tea latte and will be back! For those wondering, they offer an assortment of non dairy milks even though it isn’t listed on the menu.

Beignets and Lattes is absolutely top notch! Their food truck was scheduled to be at the hospital I work at one morning. I contacted them the day before to place a preorder so I could feed my hard working staff. The beignets were out of this world and the employees were amazing and overly accommodating. I will gladly support them in the future!

We finally got around to coming here after wanting to for so long! We got the regular and cinnamon beignets with an iced mocha coffee and an iced caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious! We got the chocolate sauce but didnt even really need it. SO yummy.
