These Beignets were slightly undercooked. I visited twice and they were undercooked , thick and doughy both times. In addition, they have very little flavor. If you have not had the ones in Cafe Du Monde you might enjoy them. They aren’t exactly bad, just not great. New to Helena and my fiancee and I are big on local business's. We fell in love with the coffee, Beingets and staff!! The owner is awesome!!! We plan to have her cater our wedding!!! This establishment is a true treasure!!! Customers for life!!
really great place. truthfully, i've never been inside (i always go through the drive-thru), but the coffee is fantastic, the beignets taste great, and all of the staff are super nice. i will never not support a local cafe spot like this!
