The slowest Chick Fil-A anywhere with in 50
miles I eat a CIck Fil-A 4 to 6 times a week all over the area

The food is standard chick fil a. But their service/timeliness is horrible. Especially when there's less adults working. It's thebonly chick fil a I've ever been to that doesn't use both lanes. They only do 1 lane for mobile vs drive through and it stays backed up forever. The servers move slow wirh no sense of urgency. We'll still to alabaster and pelham

Was very slow very unattentive to my order and I do that so I was doing what about orders so time wasted is money wasted they kind of just threw my order at me the drinks were kind of spilled in the cup holder everything was disheveled and felt ignored I know the bag says sealed with care but it wasn't sealed with much care

5hey seemed a little off today. Food took forever to come out and when it did it was cold with none of the sauces we requested. We saw everyone else that came after us getting their food and leave. Then they finally brought ours which was no big deal if it wasn't cold. They are usually on top of it here but just had an off day.

Online order, drive-thru pickup was efficient; it's Chick-fil-A! Only issue was Chocolate milkshake, which I had requested no whipped topping (which was ok) and 2 cherries, received none 🙁; shake itself was good.

Another large order taken home to my family, another part of the order left out. I don't appreciate spending hard earned money and pretty consistently not receiving what I paid for. I'm going to start sitting in the drive thru and taking everything out of the bag and make sure I get what I paid for I guess. It seems like a pretty easy thing to check an order with the receipt but since ya'll can't do it, I will.

I would normally give this Chick-fil-A five star rating all the way across. However, the new addition of the mobile app drive-through goes against everything Chick-fil-A is known for. For a business and location that provides itself on efficiency and customer service, this morning there were 14 cars in line for the drive-through to interact with one of the wonderful employees, during which time, one car went through the mobile app line. This caused me to spend over twice as long waiting to order and get my food as it normally would with the two drive-through lanes. I’m a people person. It’s one of the reasons I love Chick-fil-A! If all I wanted to do was deal with an app and a digital board. There’s a lot of other fast food places I could go to. I’ll swing through this Chick-fil-A drive-through in the morning because it’s quick, efficient and good food; All while not slowing me down from getting to other obligations. However, this morning, I will be late due to the newly implemented inefficiency of an empty mobile out drive-through line. Very disappointed to see human interaction and customer service fall from The top of Chick-fil-A‘s priorities.
