This location like most Chick-fil-A restaurants is clean and food is good. But buyers be ware! The service is horrible!!! Give yourself plenty of time because the wait is long. I've been sitting in drive thru for 10min after placing my order, only to be told, once finally at the window that my food isn't ready and ask to pull up! Inside isn't any better! I've had to ask for a return of my money and leave on 2 separate occasions. HORRIBLE!!!!

Yall the food is delicious as always! The service is fast fast fast! The ambiance is fun fun fun! Today was face painting, balloon animal making, games, bubbles and of course great music. This was a fun event. The owners are nice people. They were there having fun also. Great family!

As everyone is now aware, Fil-A of Chick gets their chicken from Tyson foods, the same Tyson that has laid off 1,200 American citizen workers and will be hiring a swarm of criminal alien illegals in their place to pay small change and lint. The Tyson in Alabama has had these same workforce of illegals and somehow stays up and running. The company had signs posted and has since changed them alerting Chick-Fil-A customers of this but I think the CEO needs to find a chicken provider that values American legal citizens. Maybe a Veteran owned company at that?

My visit to Chick-fil-A in Helena, AL, was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, with their classic chicken sandwich stealing the show. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. The team members were incredibly nice and attentive, making sure every customer felt valued. Despite the busy atmosphere, they remained friendly and efficient. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone in the area looking for great food served with a smile.

I'm going to have to make a Chick-fil-A folder in my phone and save my and save my thoughts on the business and the employees. To date every Chick-fil-A I have visited has been a carbon copy of the previous except of course for the first one. The service you receive inside as well as outside is perfect. I have never received an incorrect order and everyone of the employees was very respectful. I have never found the indoor or outdoor portion of the business needing cleaning.Oh, for those who don't know the meaning of the words carbon copy. Back in the good old days of typewriters if we wanted to make a quick copy of what we were typing we would slip two sheets of paper into the carriage of the typewriter with a piece of carbon paper between the two sheets of paper. What we typed on the top sheet was transferred to the second sheet. Now all we have to do is hit Cc and we can send a copy of our thoughts to 1 or 10,000 people at the same time.

Worst Chic Fil A experience ever! Ate breakfast here on 2/3. They were slow to take orders at the counter and messed up every single item we ordered.When I went to get it fixed they had people coming from drive through line and inside the restaurant with the same issues.They then gave me the wrong food twice after!!While getting food ready for dine in customers orders were sitting on the counter for up to 5 minutes with noone running food. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and then they traded out staff to do drive thru from inside. I had to keep asking for my food. Noone seemed like they knew what was going on or cared. Luckily I don't use this location very often.Will not go back!
Solid drive-thru even in the afternoons between lunch/dinner rush, which I know most places find hard to staff. Haven't had an issue with my order yet.

Rebecca in particular was the kindest employee (and person) I have ever encountered; she truly made our experience magical. She cares about her company and her customers, and it shows. I will always want to eat at this Chick-fil-A, and it's primarily due to their amazing workers. Thank you, Rebecca.
