Don't waste your time at this Domino's location. They will burn your food and then have the audacity to not want to replace the food! Poor customer service. How do you fail to notice that a pizza is burnt before placing it in the box?

W PIZZA!!! The employees are kind and genuinely happy to help. The food is reasonably priced. My personal favorite pizza is a build-your-own with the handmade pan crust, Alfredo sauce, Philly steak, and green bell peppers. Overall an amazing place to eat for any time and occasion.

Parking: Became full of the dozens of pizza delivery vehicles coming and going. Most delivery people are safe, but many are inexperienced and young. So always be cautious.
Kid-friendliness: When you pick up your pizza try to arrive 10 min early. Kids can watch the pizzas being made. They have a wall of chalk drawing that is very fun.
They never want to pick up the phone. This is the second bad experience I have with them calling to order. Living in Helena I had to order from pelham dominos. Please Dominos you are losing costumers in helena location because you have employees that don't want to work or your phone is been messed up for over three months. Fix it and hire people that want to pick up the phone and take orders.
The Helena Dominos consistently provides top notch service along with great pizza. I go to the Helena store vs the Alabaster store every time, they always have a smile.

Wow I'm so surprised! I had written off Domino's years ago, I used to not like their sauce, but my son has had Domino's at the school a few times so he has talked me into going there and we've gotten their pizza two or three times lately and I totally love it now! Domino's Pizza is now really good, especially the pan pizza crust is delicious!! The workers at this location are courteous and they seem to get your order right!
