I went there and the lady on the microphone for the order screen, was extremely loud. I could hear her from the road screaming "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER" way too much for 7am, lower the volume. Rude staff, watched my money blow away in the wind and I had to get out of the car and run after it. Staff needs better basic training, maybe start with how to grab money correctly... the basics.

i dont know what has happened but my same coffee order for the past several years sucks now. lg hot coffee cream sugar hazelnut tastes like it was poured out of a leather boot. i like dunkin bc frankly im not paying starbucks 10 bux for coffee but man i havent had a good coffee from dunkin in months...what has changed?

Dunkin’ Donuts need friendly staff. They do not welcome you at this location. And will just stand in front of your face and expect you to split out the order. Secondly, negative behavior once I requested an item which is as simple as steam milk ! They cannot help you to get that or charge you either. I hope this location gets training on customer service with smile and “ let me see what I can do for you” attitude. If not , I will be sad to see this location shut down .

Been going here since it first opened in Helena. From the start it was great but now its horrible. Only good thing from this place is the easy location. The drinks are bad and the pastries are not even as good as the other stores. Need new Management and training. I prefer Alabaster and other locations to this one!
