The workers here are very kind, even when it's absolutely chaotic with long lines. I was pleasantly surprised this morning with the perfect temp latte that tastes great. I love the festive donuts they had today too for the 4th of July!

rude staff! the person working at the drive through confirmed my order when i got to the window, i replied yes, and i guess she didnāt hear me. instead of saying āiām sorry, did you say yes?ā she raised her voice at me and yelled the order at me again! it made me and my boyfriend so uncomfortable! the donut and coffee was great.

Very rude staff, drinks made incorrectly, and not a good atmosphere at all Maybe I just hit the drive-thru on a bad day, but I won't be coming back again after the attitude I got just for ordering breakfast.

Tried to order 4 dozen for a customer to take in the morning.Neither there was sure they could do that. They called the manager and she said she couldnāt promise that it would happen. I do this at many Dunkin locations. Not sure why they couldnāt do this. I also thought they made their own doughnuts but obviously I was wrong because I was told they would have to order them. Never going back

I go to another Dunkin everyday. Today we decided to try this one. We waited over 20 minutes- 9 of those minutes sitting at the window not being greeted at all. When we got our food it was cold. They used 800 of my points for a free sandwich and told me my total was a dollar less than the original price, then charged me 3 dollars extra. I tried to ask about it and the employee said āI donāt know how that happened I added it up thatās right.ā So I used 800 points to payā¦ extra. The drink was also made wrong. Really disappointed.

I realize that this store employs teenagers who are still learning, and that when it gets busy, that can make it that much more difficult. However, my experience this morning was not all that pleasant. I expect lines in the morning, but upon getting to the window, it was apparent that the lines werenāt due to just the congestion of many orders. One staff member was screaming through the building that all else would have to wait as she had something else that had to be done first. The young man at the window was unsure of what orders he was to hand out. I was charged someone elseās bill, received a large coffee that was half full, and was going to be charged again as the young man couldnāt remember if he had already swiped my card. The looks from the inside customers appeared to be quite unpleasant as well. Sometimes, itās better to slow down, take a step back and breathe before moving forward. Quality over speed. Iād rather wait knowing Iām receiving quality food/drink/service than leave quickly only to receive lower than quality service.
This Helena Dunkinā Donuts has got to be absolutely the worst donut shop of the entire world service is horrible. Told them six times my order and they still got it wrong. They have no idea what theyāre doing. Thank you.

Jo Jo at Helena, Alabama went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate her for being so kind and for remaking my latte. I accidentally ordered it wrong but she told me she will remake it. I offered to pay but she told me donāt worry about it. It was better than before.

Overall not good. When they first opened I would typically be get okay coffee, occasionally a bad one. Over time my coffee order is less and less correct and just generally not good. The last few times Iāve gone the coffee was basically not even drinkable. I thew away the last few orders after only a sip. I have 3 coffees I have always ordered so I know what they should be like but itās never consistent and now just awful. Had a friend in town a few months ago, she offered to pick me up a coffee on her way over from Helena Dunkin since I had a newborn and was running on no sleep. I politely declined. Not even worth it if itās free. l stopped going for months and then I randomly went one day more recently and got a really good coffee so it made me want to try it again. Today? It was horrible again. I get coffee at Dunkin in Vestavia and in Downtown Birmingham and my drinks are typically always great. Same order. Not sure what the issue is with this location. Super disappointing since this is the only real coffee shop in Helena. Didnāt even go into the food. Food is āmidā at best. Order is often wrong but when itās correct itās okay-ish. Not good enough to make me go back again.

I went there and the lady on the microphone for the order screen, was extremely loud. I could hear her from the road screaming "GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER" way too much for 7am, lower the volume. Rude staff, watched my money blow away in the wind and I had to get out of the car and run after it. Staff needs better basic training, maybe start with how to grab money correctly... the basics.
