JACK IS THE BEST AT DUNKIN!

I absolutely have to brag on Jack because he is hands-down the BEST Dunkin employee I’ve ever encountered. Every single time I come in, he greets me with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and energy that instantly brightens my day. His customer service is exceptional — he’s patient, attentive, and somehow remembers people’s orders like magic.

Jack makes the entire experience feel personal, not just transactional. Whether he’s double-checking my drink, offering helpful suggestions, or just being incredibly polite, he consistently goes above and beyond. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.

Dunkin needs more employees like Jack — he is a stellar example of professionalism, kindness, and top-tier customer service. If there were an award for best employee, he’d win it without question!

The workers here are very kind, even when it's absolutely chaotic with long lines. I was pleasantly surprised this morning with the perfect temp latte that tastes great. I love the festive donuts they had today too for the 4th of July!

rude staff! the person working at the drive through confirmed my order when i got to the window, i replied yes, and i guess she didn’t hear me. instead of saying “i’m sorry, did you say yes?” she raised her voice at me and yelled the order at me again! it made me and my boyfriend so uncomfortable! the donut and coffee was great.

Very rude staff, drinks made incorrectly, and not a good atmosphere at all Maybe I just hit the drive-thru on a bad day, but I won't be coming back again after the attitude I got just for ordering breakfast.

Tried to order 4 dozen for a customer to take in the morning.Neither there was sure they could do that. They called the manager and she said she couldn’t promise that it would happen. I do this at many Dunkin locations. Not sure why they couldn’t do this. I also thought they made their own doughnuts but obviously I was wrong because I was told they would have to order them. Never going back

I go to another Dunkin everyday. Today we decided to try this one. We waited over 20 minutes- 9 of those minutes sitting at the window not being greeted at all. When we got our food it was cold. They used 800 of my points for a free sandwich and told me my total was a dollar less than the original price, then charged me 3 dollars extra. I tried to ask about it and the employee said “I don’t know how that happened I added it up that’s right.” So I used 800 points to pay… extra. The drink was also made wrong. Really disappointed.

I realize that this store employs teenagers who are still learning, and that when it gets busy, that can make it that much more difficult. However, my experience this morning was not all that pleasant. I expect lines in the morning, but upon getting to the window, it was apparent that the lines weren’t due to just the congestion of many orders. One staff member was screaming through the building that all else would have to wait as she had something else that had to be done first. The young man at the window was unsure of what orders he was to hand out. I was charged someone else’s bill, received a large coffee that was half full, and was going to be charged again as the young man couldn’t remember if he had already swiped my card. The looks from the inside customers appeared to be quite unpleasant as well. Sometimes, it’s better to slow down, take a step back and breathe before moving forward. Quality over speed. I’d rather wait knowing I’m receiving quality food/drink/service than leave quickly only to receive lower than quality service.
