Came to Freddy’s for dinner he first time today the food was great! However the young man that came to the register had no customer service skills. The women (Nicole) who I assume is the manager at the night shift is rude and highly lacks customer service skills on top of having a poor attitude.

5:45 on a Saturday, no one is there & staff is standing around. The tables are dirty and the restaurant smells really bad upon entering.
The staff was nice but not knowledgeable about the food (new fish sandwich).
Order was wrong and had to be remade.

Everything was great during our visit. Food order was accurate and quick. The only issue was general cleanliness could have been improved slightly. There were plenty of staff members on clock and I noticed some of them could have helped their coworkers a tad bit more.

They don't put ketchup on the burgers. Be sure to ask for packets before you leave if you need it.

The customer service at the window was really great and the food came out quickly, but I have to give a 1 star review because there was a hair in my burger so I was not able to consume it.

This location is out of Dr. pepper and fry sauce every time I visit. The staff is super friendly but something needs to be done about outages.
