Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I got a couple different burgers, The chilli cheese fries, onion rings, the chilli dog. 1st off the onion rings they was really good. Enjoyed them. The chilli cheese fries, good. The chili dog was okay it's a hotdog. But the burgers that is a no for me. Patties or too thin,Taste like a condiment sandwich with burnt burger seasoning. I like a smashed burger over a thick pattie. But these patties are smashed to the floor then put on the grill. Not good. Overall rating 3/5

1st time at Freddie's. I had the Spicy chicken sandwich with Tots. It was ok. I just wanted chicken for protein, wasn't going for their staples. But I will try again.

They are always slammed but im there for the dairy free concrete shakes not the overworked teens struggling cuz they won't hire more.

Every time I come in here, they ignore me for quite some time and then I get my food cold, and while the ice cream should be, the rest of it should not. I dunno what's happening to customer service, but this is unacceptable.

We ordered online ahead of time just to be told that they were out of vanilla ice cream when we got there. Ok, it happens we can do chocolate. Then when we finally get our shakes 10 minutes later to go with our cold burgers, there were no fries in the bags? So we had to wait another 10 minutes for more fries. Severely understaffed and service was lacking. Won’t be back. 30 dollars wasted and cold food

Idk how this place ever has anything other than a 1 star. I’ve been to this place 5 times, and all 5 times something has either been missing or wrong. In this particular time, I ordered a tub of ice cream with several topping, only to get the tub of ice cream with every topping in a bag on the side. Not only that, but I’m missing 2 toppings. I love when I go to an ice cream place and order ice cream only to be told that I’m going to have to do their job and mix the toppings in the whole tub of ice cream. I’m done going to Freddy’s, and I’m contacting corporate about this location, this is just beyond pathetic. I dont even blame the employees, this goes down to management and the owners.

They're building one of these in my hometown, Dothan. Can't wait to eat there again.

I didn't know that I liked their ice cream so much. It's the only fast food ice cream that I liked apart from Sonic. The inside was clean and quiet and the service was great.

My grandkids love it here. We eat at the Helena location alot.

Visited Helena,Al drive thru, ordered a number 1 and the crispy chicken club combo. Got home and the chicken club had zero bacon and zero cheese, I also asked the girl if I could get the spicy chicken sandwich made into a club, she told me no that they are 2 different sandwiches, I am new to Freddy's so I took her word.
She never offered that I can add bacon and cheese to the spicy chicken sandwich for additional cost.
I guess they were too busy talking and having a good time.

Everything was amazing. Great custards and great service per usual. However, as we were sitting in the car after receiving our order, we watched one of the employees pick up what appeared to be one of the unwrapped white spoons from the floor at the register... and put it back into the container with the new/unused ones..

Just about everything was wrong, waited 20 minutes to get to order then waited 15 to get to the window,no drink or concrete was started till after I paid 45 minute experience

Fast service, relatively inexpensive fast food. Surprisingly good smash burgers 🍔 I actually ended up having a grilled chicken club but my husband's obsessed with Freddy's fry sauce and puts it on everything. I don't love the shoestring fries (personal preference) but the onion rings are a great alternative!

The oreo peppermint shake I wouldn't order again, I couldn't taste oreo at all- just peppermint and it changed the flavor of the food so if you do order it, I'd recommend eating separately so it doesn't change the food taste.

My father is hard of hearing and the older woman who took his order was very rude and short with both of us. This was our first time here and she was not kind or helpful when taking our order.
